This category is one of the Motivational Posters meme categories. This meme is Charisma. The Charisma enters gaming via D&D as one of the six basic characteristics, designed to represent the characters leadership capabilities. Charisma isn't always related to the characters appearance (AD&D 2nd edition introduced comelness to describe that characteristic) and many people seem to be aware of that. Except every time someone posts a picture of a good looking man or woman and the tag "Got Charisma?", it produces a flurry of posts (or in this case posters) about how Charisma isn't based upon looks, or at least not all based on looks.
