Poster explains: In "Toni The Vampire Slayer" (using Wushu) we decided that the detail "gratuitous panty shot" would indeed give +1 dice to defense, because the fight co-ordinator would have to clear a path through the bad guys to get a clear camera angle. Hence, from that day forth, gratuitous panty shot = +1 dice defense
