Internet.
That word has a powerful meaning. To some, it is arguably the most important technological advancement of the 21st century, connecting billions of people globally. To others, it is an alternate reality which exists parallel to our own, connected to our world via electromagnetic vibrations of electrons within computers and other electronic devices.
One group managed to physically transport themselves into this Digital Domain via highly experimental Rider Systems, and explored this brave new world interacting with that world's people which we come to know as software, packets, bytes, bits and other terms. However, they were not the first, for another more sinister force seeks to control our world by establishing a hold over the Digital Domain.
This enemy must be fought and repelled on their own turf. Only one secret organization possesses the technology capable of doing so. They use the Rider System to fight an invisible war with an invisible foe. They call themselves... RIDE.
