Here is the download site for a huge free Hex map. Its an old school hex map similar to the Greyhawk map.

Its by Argoss Press, this is their Open Source page.

There is a license on the same page. The map is Huge 30 mile per hex (smae as Greyhawk scale), but the mape has about twice as many hexes.
