Brief: Basically he’s an altered human archaeologist / geologist with ice and earth powers. Tundra. He’s altered human so I’ll go with an archaeological site in the far north of Canada, possibly an Innuit site, or an older people. He discovers something at the site that changes him and charges him with protecting Canada. Again, really tired fast thoughts. Will clean up soon.
