-Among those who know the truth of things, it is widely understood that the 13th Arm vanished after the Greyhawk Wars. Some believed it was shattered to bits when Anarazel was banished during the Flight of Fiends. Others believe something as vile as the Arm couldn’t ever be destroyed. They say not even the Abyss would take the weapon back...and that it’s still out there in the world, just waiting to be found by someone brave or foolish enough to wield it.

-Hags have been seen in the nearby swamp and are known to have a fondness for halfling flesh.

-There is a tower nearby that has been inhabited by a group of goblins.***update***...this rumor was true and was delt with. Undead and other monsters were here also.

-The Band of Wine and Song found some barrows that they claimed were full of tremendous amounts of both undead and treasure.

-Unsubstantiated rumours have been circulating around the docks about a monstrous serpent sighted in the river.

-Locals have been gossiping about the possible agenda of a strange "cat man" who had wandered into town and disappeared soon after.
She has spent her life learning to hunt, how to track and move without sound. If some people have a sweet tooth than Cora has a meat tooth, and revels in discovering new and strange cuts of meat from places and creatures no one else might think to try, and has a vivacious appetite that could rival even the biggest carnivore.
[[File:Florian.jpg]]

'''Florian Shortsail, Halfling Fighter:''' Florian was born to a lady of the evening in a halfling village. Florians father Fairin was young and sailing under a pirate captain at the time but quickly left the life behind when Florians mother abandoned him in Fairins arms at only a few days old. Fairin found work as a bargeman shortly after and Florian grew up on the decks of cargo vessels chasing rats and seagulls around, and learning all about traversing the water. Fairin never wanted his son to know he had been abandoned by his mother, so he always told him his mother was a beautiful water fey, who had to return to the sea. He made Florian a small conch shell necklace but told him that it was left to him by his mother. Being left without his mother milk as a baby resulted in Florian being Stunted and skinny. But what he lacked in size and strength he made up for in dexterity and courage. when he was about 16 he and his father took up a job hauling building materials and the like to a new settlement in the sepia uplands, a place called Bludstein. Exhilarated by the prospects of adventure in a new and wild frontier, Florian set out with high hopes. He had heard tales of the Iron mountain Raiders and their prowess and quickly decided that impressing Lodevik, the captain of the Raiders, would be his best opportunity to see some real action and learn how to be the powerful warrior he dreams of being.

[[File:Valiand.jpg]]

'''Valiand the Mage, human...magic user?:''' Valiand Parnassis Lechance, or Valiand the Mage, had been running his scams for years; fleecing marks with slight of hand, deception and misdirection. He made a decent living at it, too, until one day, quite suddenly, Valiand had real power. True to his nature, he has concocted a two-fold tale involving his formerly faux spells begining to work, and having no idea why. In this version of events, out of equal parts fear and a desire to become more powerful, Valiand sought out a wizard to train under. In reality, Valiand had grown tired of faking the part, and when one of his cons took a sour turn he was approached in a moment of weakness by a trio of what appeared to be old witches, offering him power in exchange for acting as their agent on the new frontier. It was at their insistence that Val saught out Sarula, and it is through his dreams that the coven control and direct him. Maybe Sarula knows that he isn't quite what he appears, maybe she doesn't - either way she has agreed to take him on as an apprentice.
Update: currently deceased.

Dear brother:
I've made it to the "town" of Bludstein. Town being a very loose term indeed. It was a fairly uneventful trip to this section of the kingdom. We did see the remnants of many battles with goblins, but no action.
Once we arrived I was happy to be put to work by my employer Pekka Silvertongue. If for no other reason than to blow off some steam.
It didn't last very long, however, before myself and 4 others were recruited by one of the leaders of this place. His name was Kuno the Carpenter.
A simple job of gathering firewood and other supplies. At least that was the plan. Plans never go that easily outside of the Temple.
My fellow gatherers consisted of two halflings...a female ranger called Cora Goodcut and a warrior called Florian Shortsails. The other two people were both humans. One was a Cleric of Hieronymus called Loke Adigard and the other being was a mage. I believe his name was Val or Valiand.
Not to far into the day long trip we came across wounded soldiers and were begged by them to rescue their companions and retrieve the treasure chest they were transporting. They said that goblins had done it.
We all hate goblins, so we agreed to help. Especially after we were told we would get a reward for doing it.
A day later and we had cleared out the goblins lair...an ancient temple to an evil death god...and rescued the captain.
Before we left we had an epic battle with a hobgoblin , the only two regular goblins still alive and a white worg...that we beat handedly. 👍 Oh and we found the treasure.
Afterwards we found a door covored in evil symbols and magically sealed with a symbol of Pelor. Wonder what evil lays behind that?
We tried to get in...kinda..but didnt succeed. Instead we decided to head back to town and get our reward for rescuing the solider and the treasure....
Um...this is where things get dicey. Turns out there was no reward. Only a pat on the back and kind words.
Guess saving citizens doesn't pay. Maybe slaying monsters will?
Ill leave for now dear brother. May the moon guide your way.

Relying on his inborn dexterity and intellect, Tuvian began his career in Radigast City in the County of Urnst as a thief. His early travels took him to many places, including Blackmoor and the Pirate Isles. Ultimately, he found himself in the city of Exag high among the peaks of the Mounds of Dawn mountains in Perrenland. There he began training in the arcane arts among the Illuminated Ones, an ancient society of magic users and arcane mercenaries. With his basic education complete, adventure called to Tuvian again and he left Exag, joining the Iron Mountain Raiders as a new recruit, joining Lodevik Isenberg’s retinue in Bludstein. En route to Bludstein, Tuvian made the aquaintance of Sarula Celannil. Sensing an opportunity to further his own arcane agenda, Tuvian has managed to align himself with Lady Isenberg's advisor and now counts himself among her apprentices. Whether his loyalties truly lie with her is yet to be determined, he hasn't decided yet.
