Ayane Sumihara is the oldest of five children. Both of her parents are hard working individuals with low incomes. Due to this Ayane has spent much of her life watching over her younger brothers and sisters. Not the best student by a long shot, nobody was more surprised than herself when she actually passed the entrance exams for a fairly decent high school. Of course once in it quickly became obvious that it really was a fluke as she routinely found herself near the bottom of most of her classes. Only her natural athletic talent allowed her to stand out especially her downright amazing skills at Kung Fu. While her teachers mostly shook their heads in disappointment and seeing her as something of a delinquent(her habit of sometimes ditching school didn't help this reputation much), Ayane found herself quite popular with her classmates due to a combination of her athleticism, natural charm, and generally outgoing personality.

=Personality=

Ayane is friendly, outgoing, and always there for those she cares about. Once she gets an idea in her head she tends to follow it full tilt, despite anything that stands in her way and it can be hard to get her to change her mind. She has a pronounced tendency to leap before she looks and due to her natural charisma, people tend to follow her into assorted misadventures. This has further spread her reputation as a delinquent student. The fact that she's quick to take the blame for these outings(even the ones that she isn't responsible for) has kept hard feelings down for the most part. She's not very fond of young children and outside of her brothers and sisters can sometimes seem a bit abrupt towards them. Not actively mean, but she's quick to hand them off to someone else, often with a scathing remark about doing their job better rather than leaving them in the hands of those who shouldn't be watching them. While she won't admit it to anyone, even herself, Ayane is jealous of the freedoms that she sees everyone else enjoying that she feels she doesn't get due to having to watch her brothers and sisters and work during the vacations to help with the family's precarious financial situation. This is a resentment that's been building for almost a decade and it eats at her. Those who know her best worry sometimes about when she'll finally explode.

It annoys her that this American is doing better at tests in her native language than she is). Their relationship started off just competitive with each trying to show the other up but it's gotten increasingly acrimonious over the last few months.

Nyamo Tadakichi, PE teacher. She's something of a jerk but luckily is fairly lazy so as long as you don't earn her ire she really doesn't care what you do during PE. Ayane has certainly learned to take advantage of this trait and frequently ditches her class knowing that she won't be marked down for it.

==Campaign==

George is designed as a backup character for just about any party. He's probably not going to be as good as your more specialized characters but he has a nice mix of abilities that make him useful in a wide array of situations. It's assumed that he never went to college, instead going into construction right after high school. This also gives a convenient "in character" explanation for why he's not working certain periods of time as construction can be very on and off about work availability. He's an okay shot and pretty good in hand to hand which combined with his physical stats probably means he'll serve as a brawler against human foes(against the Supernatural he'd better run. He's no match for a werewolf or vampire obviously). His job, allies, and contacts(all assumed to be in the construction field) means he can get some hard to acquire equipment when needed. He's also good at finding out stuff such as construction permits, who built building X, it's factual past history(as opposed to the supernatural), etc. I see George as a straight forward nice guy who perhaps drinks a bit too much after seeing one weird thing too many at a previous construction site. Hence the low manipulation score and the virtue and vice that he has. You can easily tweak his stats and virtues and vices if you want the same rough skill set but with a different personality.

He just didn't enjoy the book learning all that much. Unfortunately one night he saw....something on a construction site he was working at one evening. He thought it was his imagination. Until he saw it again the next night. And again the night after that. He didn't see it the fourth night. Just the bodies of two fellow workers, mauled by what apparently were savage dogs.

Like I said before, George is designed to fit into just about any campaign involving mortals. Thus his back story and stat and skill set try to make him useful in a wide array of situations without too much modification. He's useful in a combat oriented party. He has use for investigative groups. He can even help out your modern dungeon explorers with his knowledge of construction. If nothing else, his drive skill means that when it's time to get away from whatever evil is chasing you he's a good choice for behind the wheel.

==How It Works==
Simple: create a character for each game you own, and post them up, with any commentary you wish to add, right here. Set whatever other rules for yourself that you wish (e.g. whether or not to let the dice fall as they may, whether to count all settings and/or splatbooks for one system as separate games or not, et cetera) or just make it up as you go.

==Campaign==

Let's face it. You're dead. Your average farmer is more dangerous than you are. But still you have to get some fresh baby to feed King Torg(All hail king Torg!) or else he might decide to eat you instead! At least being stabbed by a farmer will be quick relatively speaking. The campaign is probably taking place on an isolated farmstead somewhere but really it'll work anywhere where you can get yourself killed.

==Character Description==

Ed looks like any other kobold. Namely he's furry and has big teeth. Granted he looks a bit more stained than most kobolds due to a rather extreme aversion to water even by kobold standards. But after almost drowning in a puddle wouldn't you be afraid of water too? Having two left feet and the most accursed luck known to man or kobold has meant that even other kobolds tend to avoid Ed. The only reason they haven't fed him to King Torg(All Hail King Torg!) is none of them can stand to get close enough to his smell. Well that and Ed is very dangerous. Both to himself and others. Somewhere along the way Ed learned to throw fire. He really doesn't remember when or how. Just that it involves wiggling his hands in amusing ways and laughing maniacally. Recently Ed has seen King Torg(All Hail King Torg!) licking his lips when Ed is around. So Ed has decided to give his King a delicious baby in hopes of not being eaten. Grabbing a big stick he saw lying on the ground and a bottle of half drunk booze, Ed exits the cave. And thus the adventure begins.

==Commentary==

''Kobolds Ate My Baby'' is described as a beer and pretzals game. Aka it's meant for one shot games and thus very little is meant to go into character creation. You have four main stats, all randomly rolled. Three pieces of equipment, likewise randomly rolled(I rolled "naked" for armor which is why Ed only has two pieces of equipment). Five derived stats are taken from the four main stats. You get six skills which are chosen. The only restriction being you need at least one skill per category of stats and you can't have more skills than you have Ego(so if your Ego is less than six you'll have less than six skills) and you have to take Cook as a skill or bad stuff happens. Anyways when a problem develops think of the silliest solution you can to it and you'll be fine. If you die, there's a lot more Eds out there to make and it'll only take a minute or two.
