Physical Description: A tiny, chicken like beast at first. Yuutsume's sharp talons, gnashing claws and huge coverage of blue plumed feathers seem to indicate that he looks more like a cross between a bird and a lizard than an actual dinosaur. However his eyes belay a human level intellect and the blue Yukkata he wears along with the long (by his standards) Katanna give him a vaguely more characterized edge over most discovery channel raptors.

Personality: Calm, decisive and ultimately to the point. Yuutsume's biggest attribute thus far is lasyness. Mostly because after finally gaining the map home he has yet to actually do so and rather take a look at everyone else's problems. He's not one to raise a sword to problems not his own. But he's one to try and help with a few choice words at the right moment.

Appearance: Beautiful, poised and collected. Alison is an example of a woman who has her way in life. Her parents are wealthy so she can typically afford the best clothes, she routinely does her hair fashionably and she always looks prepared. There's a certain air of coolness to her as she walks down the hallways. Something that tells the boys and girls at the highschool she goes to that she's on a completely different level to them.

What your character knows: Alison is the head of the drama club at her school. The president of the student council and also the most well-composed student there. She has an air of mystique, power and leadership about her that sends people into automatically siding with her. Once more, she's also a caring, kind and good natured woman who routinely gives her lunch to kids with poor parents so they don't go hungry.

To seal the deal she's supposedly a magical girl as well. Several students have reportedly seen Alison fighting monsters and demons on campus in a strange, frilly outfit. This has simply made the air of mystery to her even more intriguing.

The Truth: Alison does have powers. But they're not what you think. Alison is a shapeshifter, a person who can take many different forms. The problem is that the forms she takes can ONLY be acquired once she is wearing a costume of said form and is proceeding to act as said form. Alison being a natural born actress doesn't find much problem in that, but it's a bit difficult to get into a suitably natural role for her at times.

Background: Born to wealthy parents, a high social status and a natural charisma. Alison was always a natural born leader and she loved to flaunt it. Always one to chastise men or other women who thought too highly of themselves, or pick up those who lacked what she had. Alison was always an upstanding student and a particularly good friend. Her ultimate dream was to someday be an actress and perform in front of millions of prying eyes.

When her highschool decided to do Sleeping Beauty, Alison naturally set out for the role as the Prince. However due to the fact this isn't Japan, the prince was given to a male role and she got the role of the princess. On her way home from a dress rehearsal. Alison was stopped by a traveling gypsy. The old woman told Alison that she could increase her acting ability ten fold with the proper incantation. Alison refused and proceeded on her way, but the gypsy being in natural gypsy behavior. Put a curse on Alison. That whatever she would put on her costume and proceed to wear her false faces, that it would transform into her real face.

When Alison returned to school for the night of the play. She found herself getting into the character of Sleeping Beauty quite naturally... almost UN-naturally so! She wound up losing herself in the role, in the costume and the character of her. Alison was completely replaced by a shy, passive and ultimately helpless individual once she put on the flowing pink gown and tiara. Now this wouldn't have been so bad... had she not been instantly kidnapped by an evil wizard directly afterward.

Nobody was sure what happened but three days later Alison returned home wearing a suit of armor, covered in dirt and blood and saying she didn't want to talk about it. Since then Alison seems to be more concerned on what costume she should be wearing and which ones she shouldn't. Whenever Alison transforms, her personality alters to confine to her new "role".

Thus far Alison has only dressed up as a magical girl to fight the occasional demon that appears on campus. Thankfully she seems to keep most of herself in there, but there is the occasional time when doing so makes her more bubbly or cheerful than she typically is.

Reason for Joining TIME: She actually joined because somebody she knows is joining and she's interested in following him. Who he is and why? I'll get into that later.

Alison Angel Wings (AKA: Current Alison)
After being kidnapped by the Sol Senshin academy. Alison was forced into a ridiculous pink costume with a wing motif. Convinced that her former friends were actually demons. Alison proceeded to fight them all with her newly acquired magical powers. Things seemed alright when her clothes changed back to normal, but soon the costume re-asserted itself and it was uncovered that the costume was bound to Alison permanently, the contract she made with it only breaking if she killed an innocent in cold blood. After some rough diplomacy and poorly thought out stunts, Tyroth wound up sacrificing himself to be rid of the costume. His death was in vein, as the only way Alison could revive him was to once again bind herself with the costume and use an incantation that would trade one life for another. Alison's goal was to sacrifice herself to bring Tyroth back. But at the last moment Doug wound up taking the charm and was killed so that Tyroth would be revived.

Now Alison, wearing a costume that won't come off till she dies (which won't be soon as the costume grants eternal youth) is stuck as a magical girl forever and is training to become the best she possibly can.
Her parents are wealthy so she can typically afford the best clothes, she routinely does her hair fashionably and she always looks prepared.

The Star Knights are the defenders of the Galaxy. Their armors are powered by their fighting spirit and their will to battle. Star Knight armor is specially crafted to fit each member of each corresponding galaxy and are chosen by the inner Circle among the most brave, stalwart and truthful members of the galaxy. Earth has only one Star Knight so far but that may change...
As vengeance they come on board massive ships shaped like asteroids and pillage entire worlds.
The Shadow Heralds are a group of terrorists and saboteurs that strike from the unseen shadows and seek to strike fear into the hearts of their enemies. Their primary enemies are the Star Knights who've they fought on occasion. Their Leader Black Star is a man of unparalleled intellect and despite his demonization by his own people, he is in fact a man of great compassion and cunning. The drawback is that this armor tends to brainwash it's wearers, convincing them that they really are princesses and turning them into a strange mixture of damsel in distress and hypnotized servant.
People who listen to Joseph often aren't sure if they're being cheated or being motivated. Either way Joseph is an ultimately altruistic man with some selfish tendencies. Often times he puts up the mantle of a wisecracking laid back jerk who talks out his butt. But ever so often a hint of his real nature shows and inside people find a deep, serious and somewhat ruthless persona who will not hesitate to punish evil.

What your Character knows: Joseph is the only surviving Jedi master. A smart, wise and ultimately grand leader. Joseph is most famous for killing the dreaded Dark Siber. Ultimately his goal is to revive the Jedi order and instigate a new galaxy under his protection. However you aren't sure what motivates him to do so...

Lightsaber Color: Joseph's Lightsaber is a brilliant white color.

Rob
Male Human Jedi 7, Jedi Knight 3

Personality: Rob is good at heart though he's ultimately a bit on the wilder side of the Force. Rob is a daring and powerful fighter with a penchant for showing his skills and taunting his opponents before battling them. He is ultimately a good listener and a careful mind but he tends to get ahead of himself too easily and can jump into the fray of battle without provocation. Especially if his opponent is a sith which he seems to loath with an utter passion.

What your Character knows: Rob is the dark jedi hunter of the group. He possess the power to sense the dark side and is especially adept at fighting it. His penchant for battle with the Dark Side knows no bounds and rarely, if ever, would he give a dark jedi mercy. Rob has no last name, that you are aware of, and while it's a safe bet to assume his name is simply short for "Robert" he hasn't given any clarification on it.

Lightsaber Color: Rob's lightsaber is a simple blue.

Gilgamesh
Male Human Noble 5, Jedi 5

Personality: Gilgamesh is pretty much the only Jedi who was tricked into being there by master Joseph. Displaying that you do not mess with the master. Gilgamesh is apparently kept around despite his nagging that "he is strong and powerful in the force" and that he "has a greater destiny". Overall Gilgamesh is pretty much helpless against Master Joseph's constant prodding and his own damn conscience on the matter. He knows of the suffering in the galaxy and when a woman is being thrown out on the street to be mercilessly beat by a group of sith guard. No matter how much trouble it'll cause him he'll ultimately save her despite his colder judgment.

What your Character knows: Gilgamesh is the son of a noble family on Dantooine. His family is wealthy and has connections, as such he can typically buy whatever he wants though he doesn't make much use of it. Gilgamesh is handsome, rich and a generally good soul. Which would make him a bag for any woman if he didn't seem interested in any women. Mostly because being seductive just plain doesn't work on Gilgamesh. No matter how profound your hips or cleavage is, he'll still brush you off like a dust mite. As such there are many rumors wondering whether or not he's gay.

Lightsaber Color: Gilgamesh wields two light sabers. Both are a brilliant shimmering gold color that ultimately just look yellow.

Varash
Male Trandoshan Soldier 6 Jedi 3

Personality: Reserved, quiet and passive. Varash is the gentle giant of the group. He has a devote loyalty to Joseph and his cause but ultimately lacks much of the resolve that Rob or Gil have when it comes to what should be done. Rob is all for attacking the Sith in full force while Gil just wants this part of his life to be done. Varash makes for a good counterbalance as his fearful and intimidating aura is ultimately offset by his better understanding of the fragility of life. Behind his kind persona is a dreadful beast however and he will defend his friends vigorously.

What your Character knows: Varash was a deadly bounty hunter on the open market. Selling his services to anyone... then one day he up and quit. Wasn't heard from for years and has only now just returned to the public eye next to Joseph as his right hand man. He has apparently begun Jedi training and is already learning of his connection to the force. Varash is a studious bookworm and enjoys fantasy novels to a great degree.

Lightsaber Color: Though Rob doesn't approve (as it is the traditional color of the Sith) Varash's lightsaber is red in color and he defends using that color as his lightsaber as he claims that the sith hold no sway over the spectrum of light and it's applicability. Joseph has reminded Rob that a red lightsaber is in no way more toward the dark side as a blue or green one and though Rob has accepted that he has made it a point of argument when he disagreed with Varash.

Background: "Magpie" is a title given to various incarnations of the thief over a hundred years time. The first Magpie was born in France in the 1800's and made his life as an extravagant thief and gentleman. Known both for his skill with the ladies as well as his daring cunning and stealth skills.

The current Magpie was born Arsène of southern France. The third in the Magpie line, this current Magpie is younger but still as extravagant and womanizing as his ancestor. The difference here is that he's not so much a gentlemen now and more like a charming goofball who makes up for his shortcoming by being competent where it matters. Magpie has recently come to Freedom to try his luck again at seeing how good trickery is.

Personality: As said before, this Magpie is somewhat strange and goofy at times but overall he is a decent man under his selfish demeanor and he would never resort to crimes that he sees as beneath him. Magpie doesn't steal for the riches, although that's a definite perk, he steals because it's in his blood and he enjoys the thrill of playing with the police and occasionally Callie Summers.

Magpie and Callie's relationship is best summed up as a rule 63'd Batman and Cat Woman.

Halt Evil Doer! is a Mutants and Masterminds campaign that is being run from the Gleemax Forums on the www.wizards.com site. It is a Play by Post campaign that emphasizes storytelling over dice rolling.

The campaign is set in the Freedomverse of the Mutants and Masterminds line and is meant to invoke a Silver Age mentality of unabashed heroism with only the occasional nod towards the fact that the setting is remarkably surreal by any stretch of the imagination.

Players are not required to possess the Mutants and Masterminds game line to play but are encouraged to, if they have the money and inclination, to pick up the Mutants and Masterminds main book and the Freedom City campaign book. Arguably, the second is more important than the first since this is where the majority of setting information will come from.

Appearance
Elite is a young boy roughly in his teens. Somewhere between 13 and 16. He is typically seen wearing his blue and yellow colored mask as well as his blue jacket and short brown pants. Elite has a look of both a scared little boy and a bubbling over volcano hiding a river of lava inside. When he is in typically conversation Elite is awkward with his words and uncharacteristically shy. Often mumbling around words or unable to find the proper thing to say.

When in battle he adopts a fare more deadly appearance and posture and it shows with how ruthless he is in combat.

Personality
As mentioned above. Elite is both a clumsy, awkward young boy with a submissive attitude when not directly fighting anyone. But when forced into combat his attitude automatically changes to that of a cold murderer and fights with deathly precision and skill. Any hostility is instantly met with a cool attack on his part and anyone hoping to catch the boy off guard will soon find he has already pulled out a knife and is holding up to their neck.

Most people are aware of Elite's violently different personalities except for, and here's a shocker, Changeling who automatically seems to disarm him.

Powers
Elite's powers are mostly a combination of advanced marital arts, skills and training that have allowed him to fight to the point where he can easily match most any mutant on an equal level due to an excellent manipulation of Chi energy.

Background and Continuity
In this universe, Elite was born in Freedom City to an ordinary parent couple. When he was indoctrinated to the Murder Society, he was trained by the dark Pain Master as his most powerful apprentice. Elite killed hundreds of people under his Pain Master's guidance, however Elite met his match when he was sent to kill Freedom City's greatest "champion" Izdubar.

Izdubar first managed to defeat Elite on a physical scale, but when he was defeated then he decided to try taking his friends and family as hostages. The Murder league didn't know who Izdubar was however. They simply knew of his relation to Chantal Chandler who became their prime target now... however she wasn't home at the time. When Elite came to the doorstep all he found was Chantal's mother. The two looked similar enough that Elite held her hostage anyway.

What happened next wasn't quite known but when Izdubar arrived Chantal's mother was unconscious but alive and Elite was shouting at random things for no reason. Elite ran, seemingly afraid of Izdubar, and when the enraged warrior caught Elite... he found the once dangerous and deadly assassin to be crying. Like a boy should. Izdubar lost the nerve to harm him and so he sent him to Claremont for proper treatment where Elite has since been regaining a childhood and making friends with several of the people there. Including Whoop-Ant and Changeling.

Players are encouraged to check out the Eberron campaign this board Shadows over Cyre, Wrath_of_the_Lich_Queen, and Forgotten_Freedom:Crew

A young boy in his early teens. Whoop-Ant appears to be a normal, self indulgent teenager who's only mildly short for his age. Whoop-Ant (when at full size) only stands about 5'4 and he's not too proud of it (one of the few weaknesses in his impenetrable defense). Of course he's never actually seemed to mind the fact he can shrink himself down to the size of a gnat.

Personality
Drunk frat boy with shrinking power pretty much sums Whoop-Ant up. He's not malevolent or uncaring but he is a prankster at heart and the practicle joke, along with scoring the hottest babe, are the prime ideals in life. If he does save someone it'll be to impress a crowd and to flirt with the nearest cutie. Whoop-Ant might get it with someone... if not for the fact he's a total dork. Not like Speedy who fails most of the time, but just a huge socially awkward dork who puts on heirs.

Whoop-Ant truly does care about some people at Claremont but he wouldn't admit such as it make him look like a pansy.
Powers
Shrinking and Super strength mostly. Not much else to say.

In this universe, Whoop-Ant is from this world. However his back story is essentially the same. Only that this time it wound him up at Claremont academy.

Named Johnny at birth, Elite lived a normal childhood until Serpent Men invaded Freedom City one day and stole Johnny's parents, taking them into the deep under layer of the city. Johnny was also taken and would probably have remained a slave had The Blade of Tiamat not found the child and decide to take him as his squire.

Johnny wound up killing hundreds of people in the name of the Serpent people and his mentor. But it wasn't until one failed attempt at trying to kill Izdubar did Elite receive the possibility of redemption. He was taken to Claremont where Duncan Summers purged most Serpent Man mind manipulation from him and give the boy a new lease on life.

Since then Johnny has tried to come to grip with the people he's killed and the fact that the Serpent Men may someday come for him. He is prepared to fight if he does so. Luckily for him Changeling has been probably his only peace in the storm that has evolved in his life. As both are recently freed from the shackles of an oppressive evil they're both finding much common ground in each other.
Appearance
Augustus Roman, despite being in his 90's, is surprisingly fit and active. This is partially due to special drug treatment and partially due to his desire to stay alive and stay healthy. Other than that he is most clearly characterized by his entirely bald head.

Background
Born with a silver spoon in his mouth and a decidedly abusive and lonely childhood. Augustus Roman grew into a successful but amoral businessman who's love of testing new inventions was only compromised by his utter hatred of the Centurion... or so people thought. Augustus Roman was indeed infuriated by the Centurion's noble disposition and how he constantly got in the way of his great shadow empire... but there's a shocking and somewhat disturbing truth to Roman's obsession. Roman was, in fact, partially in love with Centurion.

Something some may consider to be a disgusting prospect or a slightly humanizing characteristic. Roman has not admitted this to anyone, not even himself, and his current explosion back into the mainstream was started when Gil wound up wearing his father's costume to stop a rampaging Godzilla. Augustus is convinced Centurion is still alive now and is doing everything in his power to see that the golden wearing mutant who constantly stopped him is returned.

Appearance
Changeling doesn't posses one solid or unique form. Due to her xenophilic nature she is willing to take on any appearance and wear it proudly to whoever watches her. However she does posses a small inherit bias, partially having to do with the fact Changeling wound up reading Chantal's mind and due to some strange events inside (that she doesn't quite remember) Changeling wound up gaining an inability to take on any male form. This and the fact her mind has adapted to the constant female body means that changeling almost always looks cute, adorable or regally beautiful.

Changeling's NATURAL form, however, is probably something that would shatter your mortal mind.

Personality
Changeling is overly naive of much of the world around her. While she honestly does try her hardest to do her best she is often too forgiving and optimistic about people she meets. Believing that even the most vilest of demons is redeemable, Changeling can be easy to fool, easy to trust but overall not someone you want to double cross more than once. Changeling is very fond and protective of those she considers her friends and any assault on them will automatically send her flying into attack mode, and even the disarmingly pure changeling can look ferocious when her arms become a mass of wriggling tentacles.

Powers
Changelings primary powers are the ability to take any shape or form (though she lost the ability to take a masculine humanoid shape) as well as the ability to use telepathy and communicate with most other people. She has lost the ability to communicate with grue.

Background and Continuity
In this universe Changeling was a normal Grue solder from this universe before she wound up reading the mind of Chantal Chandler. Whatever it was inside her mind that changed her, Changeling had all connections of the Grue entity purged from her mind, her mental communication with them destroyed and suddenly gained the inability to turn into a male form. The being forcibly removed from the unity forced her to run around in a stupor with a form that wouldn't stop changing until eventually she met Clarissa the Snow Cat.

Taken back to her apartment and then to Claremont Clarissa was given the job by Pseudo to look after changeling and to help her till she could grow accustomed to human society. Changeling has since grown fond of Clarissa and the two can often times be seen braiding eachother's hair.

Changeling has also taken it upon herself to sometimes transform into a less powerful version of the Snow Cat and call herself Clarissa's sidekick. Clarissa has responded to this pretty much how you'd expect her to respond.
Fiona's naivety, purity and good nature make her cute in the purist sense of the form. A kiss from her can quell the anger of an army of evil ingrates.
