<div>There is a contradiction in the CamPL and the PowerTL charts. The former insinuates that all Celestial Exalted may start with up to Metro Class and eventually get World Class powers. The latter indicates that only Solars, Abyssals, and Infernals may get World Class powers. Which is it?
