This strange artifact is over 4,000 years old and was found in a forgotten forge of House Cannith, connected to the scholar Kedran Cannith. It was shaped like an irregular and misshapen 7 pointed star. Kedran appears to have found the schematic in the depths of Xendrik. His journal seemed to suggest that it might have been used in ancient times to create beings much like warforged.

The seekers were asked to recover this item by Lady Eldria d'Vown, an Eladrin allied with Cannith West and patron of [[Ku]] on more than one occassion.

The Ashen Crown is an artifact that consists of many pieces. It is believed to have great powers over life and death.

Some believe that it was originally an Elven artifact made up of 4 pieces that was lost when the Valenar Elves brought it to Khorvaire. More commonly, it is believed to be the Arkantaash, a relic of the Dhakaani Empire and consisting of 5 parts, each held by a different hobgoblin champion of old.

The Ashen Crown is an artifact that consists of many pieces. It is believed to have originally been an Elven artifact made up of 4 pieces that was lost when the Valenar Leves brought it to Khorvaire. However, it is now most commonly known as the Arkantaash, a relic of the Dhakaani Empire and consisting of 5 parts.

A rust monster is a creature that seeks out and consumes metal, often the armor and weaponry. It has a strange bacteria living in its stomach and blood stream that caused metal to rust. Rust monsters have poor sight, although their sense of smell for metal is extraordinary. Handheld spears are useless against its armor, although wooden clubs and crossbow bolts were effective. Rust monsters give birth to live young.

Myconids are a race of intelligent roughly humanoid fungus. Myconids communicate by emitting spores, and older Myconids are able to achieve several magical effects with their spores including the temporary animation of dead animals into a form of undead.
