I always thought that those men were simply too pissed to think straight. They're certainly to pissed to speak clearly.<br /> Now I know, that thing wasn’t human and those people looking for it weren't sailors. They walked into the bar and asked if I had seen anyone out of place or if see if I'd seen anything weird.<br /> At first I thought they were a little crazy but then I noticed the smell of rotted seaweed, followed by one leaving puddles where it had come in and stood, as if she could never get dry. <br /> I knew something was fishy; I tell them that I ain't<br /> seen anything weirder than them.<br /> One of the guys sniggered at me and pulled a knife outta nowhere.<br /> “look man we have been looking for my father for awhile now, I know he's out here and you are getting in the way of my revenge.”<br /> He said knife to my throat. I passed out... when I came to as that scent lingered.<br /> I took out my mop and went to the door; there was a large... thing in the water. The four of them jumped in followed by an ear piercing screech. <br /> The guy got back out of the water holding an eye.<br /> “An eye for an eye, father. Eye for a fucking eye.”</div>
