Looking for useful feedback, thanks!
The biggest limitations so far are the presence of Council robots, which can be a problem for some characters solo. Also a comment about the fourth mission being a bit long.

= RPGNet City of Heroes / City of Villains "Mission Architect" Story Arcs =

== General Notes ==
Issue 14 saw the release of the "Mission Architect" for City of Heroes and City of Villains. This new feature allowed players to create series of missions with custom story text and characters.

Up to 5 missions can be joined together in 1 arc, with each mission leading to the next in a linear path. The arcs can be played in test mode by their creator which allows the player to check for errors and gauge the strength of the foes they've included. Once the player is satisfied with their creation they can "publish" is to the Mission Architect server which then makes it available to hero and villain characters on all servers. Players may have up to 3 arcs published per game account, as well as as many unpublished arcs as they care to write.

Published arcs can be rated on a scale of 1 to 5 stars and players can provide in-game feedback as part of the process. Well crafted arcs can receive two different sorts of special recognition.

The NCSoft Developers can grant it a "Developer's Choice" award which marks it with a special flag in the search window, locks it from being changed and frees up the slot the player was using to publish it. Arcs which are granted a Developer's Choice award also gain the ability to drop regular rewards like recipes and enhancements for the people playing them.

Similarly if an arc is rated by enough players at at 4.5 star average or higher it gain a "Hall of Fame" award which works similarly to the Developer's Choice, except that it will continue to award tickets in place of recipes or enhancements.
