* Contacts = anyone that will help/support you for a price.<br />
* Enemies = anyone that will side against you or directly conflict with you in matters.<br />

These NPCs are subject to my bringing them into the campaign and will not remain static as Friend/Contact/Enemy. They're for me to use if I can. They can be from childhood, current or even future ideas. <br />
For Example: An Enemy could be a childhood bully, a guy from college that hated you, someone you cheated at cards to, or even a future supervillain idea!!<br />
