It is a philanthropic organization, designed to aid Changelings who have lost everything, a fate that unfortunately had become frighteningly common. It is active around the world. Kadbras is currently making steps to establish a base in several third world countries, with mixed success. Certain places (ULTRASP) have no presence, for obvious reasons.<br /> <br /> It also, however, refers to the team he has created. This is a team made up of Changelings with extraordinary gifts...who also needed extraordinary help to control their powers. The membership changes, though the four mentioned earlier are almost constants.
