He and his gang are dressed in a combination of cold weather gear and looted or homemade armor. Unlike some of the flashier gangs, Haggard and his gang have painted or dirtied their bikes, clothes, and equipment to blend into the red landscape. This act led many people to call them the name by which they are generally known today: the Rust Dogs.
