		The city core is opulent and very wealthy. There are city homes of all the noble families, executive government employees, wealthy merchants and proprieters. There are also many fine establishments that cater to the upper class that reside in the city core. The streets of the city are cobblestone, with wide avenues and many beautiful parks and gardens.

		Several burroughs surround the city core, where the hundreds of government clerks, serving people, shop merchants, maids and others who serve the upper class. The burroughs are clean, safe and fairly pleasant neighborhoods. Further away from the core, along the outskirts of the city are the downs, where the working class laborers, carters, street cleaners, and other undesireables live. Crime is present but not rampant, the streets are orderly if not clean, and the neighborhood of the downs are quite livable.
