	Andres has lead a hard life. He grew up on the streets and in orphanages. He did not know his father and his mother died when he was young from HIV. He was put in orphanages and foster care but never stayed in one spot long. He would either run away or become a problem and be sent somewhere else. Eventually he got good enough at evading the authorities that they forgot about him and he life alone on the streets. As he grew up he was exposed to the seedier side of Sunport. His friends were drug dealers, prostitutes and black marketeers. He dabbled in all forms of debaucheries and illegal activity, but was smart enough to stay out of jail. Andres took his illegal practices onto the local college campus to deal to the needs of well-to-do college kids. This is ~~were~~ he ~~meet~~ Effie Baumann. She has changed his live around.
