The second section, "Scheduled Groups," will be where specific dates and times are set to gather a group for that instance or battleground. When you start a sub-sub-sub heading in the Scheduled Groups, take the following steps:

As people become interested on the thread, they will be responsible for adding their character, by following step 3 above.

If you are signed up for a time, you are expected to be there at the time of the run. Preferably, be a bit early, so that you can be ready to head to the appropriate meeting area by the time of the run. If you are more than 15 minutes late, someone else may be found to take your place, or people may become disenchanted with the run and quit. Obviously, this is only a game, and real life situations may arise, but please make a concerted effort to at least let people know via the Other Games Open thread or by sending a PM to the organizer of the run if you are unable to attend.
