	The Reach had been quiet for the last few years though few had determined whether this was a blessing or a bad omen. In these recent days, it would seem the latter would be the truth. 	For the last few months, the Bleak Legion as the common folk have come to call them - have poured forth from the Reach, ransacking towns in Lom and the Howlers and leaving death and chaos in their wake only to return back to the Reach. 	The Bleak Legion is said to consist of "knights" surrounded in shadow and riding steeds that are similarly shadowed, both having glaring sickly green fire in their eyes. It is said that other, hulking shadow monsters walk with this legion and that their power is devastating. 	Most unsettling is that not one "man" or whatever they are makes a sound during their attack. They attack and if they are wounded simply keep attacking until falling, melting into shadowy smoke.
