Petros Major is unique in the galaxy for being a green sun. Most stars that emit light strongly in the green spectrum appear white, because they also emit light to either side of green in the spectrum, but Petros Major has some sort of energy field / space warp / 'hell knows what' surrounding it. There is a theory that Petros Major is actually energy leaking from hyperspace, but to find out someone would have to get inside the star, which is currently impossible. The other odd thing about Petros is that it has a quintet of planets in the same orbit around the star and each planet has a number of large moons. The system should be very unstable but isn't.
