Baron Darkholme appears as an immensely thick skinned and bodied man with a sphere bald head and piercing eyes. His entire body appears to be muscle despite the assumption of flab, and he closesly resembles the Kingpin. Baron Darkholme's Undying One form is that of a gigantic (30 foot long) worm.

Sadistic and twisted, what unnatural lusts drove him to make his pact with Malaxas have been exaggerated and his intellect enhanced. He is capable of reading minds of his opponents and using their darkest fears against them. He dominates those around him through a combination of fear and degrading corruption. He is an utter monster.

Possessed of immense physical power, it would take the entire group to be able to fight Baron Darkholme in a straight fight when he's assumed his worm like appearance.
