That said, Quinn and her mistress seem to be able to fill requests made by the Circle by having the required items appear on a deserted island in the middle of nowhere~~. Quinn is quick to say that this is a gift to the Circle and that in return, her mistress only requests that they help her out in some way~~. Due to the nature of the transaction (the cargo was left out for anyone to claim, and the Circle conveniently decided to do something coinciding with Quinn's mistress' goals), it does not technically violate the noncompete clauses despite benefiting both parties.
