	Several centuries ago a group of Githzerai monks accidentally transcended the bonds of the Astral Sea and were deposited in a desolate mountain range surrounded by snow, cliffs, and small isolated villages of hard people. The monks decided that it was the will of the universe that they come to this new place and began building a home for themselves. Their first years were hard but they captured wild goats for food and clothing, raised hardy crops during the brief summers, and spent the majority of their time in meditation. Their isolated existence came to end when a lone hunter stumbled onto the stone monastery after losing his way in the storm.
