	This seemingly quiet coastal town in downstate NJ is known for three things: The ailing Washington ~~(shopping)~~ Mall, victim of modern shopping trends; ~~Sunland (name is WiP)~~, the local amusement park that hasn't had a proper update to a ride in at least 15 years; and being just far away enough from anywhere "big" to make getting there and back awkward without a car of your own. The town was originally a port town, but most of the shipping died out with the Great Depression. It didn't help that a large part of the docks burnt down in 1932.
