	Ubers are the most powerful and often more involved members of the crew. Although most of them come to the ship already Ubers they can also come from the ranks if they are lucky enough to survive and smart enough to ~~acieve~~ power. 	Redshirts have an extremely limited lifespan and only the best and brightest will make it to their first paycheck, much to the ~~captian~~'s joy. Redshirts are the best of the worst gathered from across the planes to serve in the crew and hopefully gain power. Recently someone has been passing around the journals of some of the Redshirts to get some laughs and as a result the names of a few have been learned.
