"A what?" Angelo said. He had brought in the vids of the 'thing' he had picked up. He had a hunch it was worth some money, and the person he bought it from swore up and down it was original.

However, Angelo had based his offering price based on the item as a piece of artwork, nothing more. He wasn't a student of antiquities and never really planned on being one. However, it would be nice to know before he sold the thing. Maybe there was a good profit to be had.

"Yes, well, you don't see these every day." Glavin said, eyeing the video closely. "Truth to tell, you seldom see these once a decade. On the academic market you could get an honorarium of a couple million; the private collectors would offer you ten times that. Easily." He shrugged. "If I had the cash I'd offer it myself."
