	Appearance/Personality: Hallander tends to wear various shades of grey in fairly loose fitting clothing, something that he uses both as a nod to his surname, and to their utility in aiding stealth in poorly lit conditions. He is of average height, maybe a little shorter, and slim (slight, even), with cropped dark brown hair, sharp brown eyes, and slightly weathered skin. He is in his mid thirties, but looks in his forties thanks to his rugged features.
