	Han Zhang was a decorated independent infantryman in the first UWar and spent time working in the orbital defense of ~~Athen~~ until the second UWar. As a colonel, he was one of the leaders of the ground invasion on Boros, and was later military governor of the planet during its occupation. When hostilities ended, he was overlooked for a position in the PDF, some thought because of his Georgian ties. He was recruited to administer the defenses of the planet Kerry, which was mostly unprotected before then.
