	The Council currently resides in Omnus Valley, which is located on Bárn Island. Along with the Council Members, Council Advisors stay there as well, to assist in the governing of the ~~ISle~~ of Lumen. They, however, are not permitted to participate in a Council meeting unless specific permission has been given. Currently, other than Càrrec Lahey, council members have not been put into place.
