	Valin Urack is one of the oddest people most of his friends have met. 			He headed to the first human town he could find, bearing the exquisite arms and armor his father had given him (ashamed to admit he was happy to see his son go) and picked a fight, getting thrown out of each bar in town. Once he'd done that, he went off to track down some local brigands, fighting them all, wandered back in town drunk, bloody, and weighed down with gold, and promptly got kicked out of the bars again.

			Since then, he's been wandering, trying to keep ahead of his reputation and conquer his own tendencies to blubber when he's drunk, coo at infants, and his own natural lack of any dwarvish skill, apart from wielding a sharp piece of metal on a stick extremely competently. At that, he's one of the best most have seen; years of lifting ore, pushing carts, and pumping bellows have left him with a physique you could smash stone against, with a strong back and tough arms, even for the legendary dwarven people.
