==Background:==
Levi is a sophomore at the University of Washington, studying computer science on a track and field scholarship. He grew up in Minnesota, and has two sisters, one older, one younger. His family is very religious, especially his mother, and his faith is strong as well -- he's active in campus christian life, as well as his fraternity. Levi pledged Phi Gamma Delta last year, and lives in the fraternity house just of campus, along with almost 100 fraternity brothers. His powers began manifesting themselves after a finals party this past spring, and he's spent three months trying to figure out what to do. His faith tells him he should use his ability, but to do so openly would jeopardize his scholarship and his education.

Levi is superhumanly fast. In an open sprint, he can run upwards of 100 mph (he's never clocked himself), and can accomplish basic tasks at lightning speeds. He has already completed the required reading for his classes this semester, and is starting to get a jump on all the classwork and papers he knows about.
