She didn’t really have final say over who lived and who died… she only had final say over who would be treated and who would not. Her skeleton crew couldn’t help everyone, but they also had help from anyone and everyone who was injured but still mobile, offering their own sometimes meager medical skills to assist where they could.<br>		And yet they did.
