Taking discretion as the better part of valour Mordecai decided to answer the call. After all, no-one was likely to follow him all the way to Gyruff over a miserable few thousand and in a few months he could head back to town and clear his debts with the wealth of the giants. A bit of travel might also do him some good and how difficult can a few giants be when Owen has an entire army behind him.
