The Ministry of Justice is responsible for enforcing the laws put in place by the Denandsor Council and the Celestial Deliberative. It comprises the city's police forces and court system. Its agents often work with other ministries when enforcing laws that affect their sphere of authority.

* All Sorcerers and Necromancers initiated in Sapphire Circle Sorcery or Iron Circle Necromancy or higher must report themselves and be recorded by the Ministry of Magical Arts.
* All Thaumaturges of Adept level or higher in any art must report themselves to the Ministry of Magical Arts.
* Sorcerers initiated in Emerald Circle Sorcery and Thaumaturges of Initiate level are encouraged to report themselves to the Ministry of Magical Arts.
* Casting of Sapphire Circle Sorcery , Iron Circle Necromancy or rituals of Adept Level Arts by non-recorded Sorcerers, Necromancers or Thaumaturges will be severely punished
* Casting of Solar Circle spells should be reported to the Ministry of Magical Arts in advance. Any unreported casting of Solar Circle spells will be investigated to see if the casting was justified.
* Casting of Sapphire Circle spells should be reported to the Ministry of Magical Arts at least 24h after the casting was completed. Any unreported casting and massed casting of sapphire circle spells that was not reported in advance will be investigated to see if the casting was justified.
* Any casting of Emerald Circle Sorcery or higher that cause harm to the city of Denandsor or inhabitants will be investigated.
===Demon Summoning===
* All summoning of 1st Circle Demons must be reported to the Ministry of Magical Arts
* All summoning of 2nd Circle Demons must be reported in advance to the Ministry of Magical Arts, present at the casting there must be one person with access to Sapphire Circle Banishment
* All summoning of 3rd Circle Demons must be approved by the Ministry of Magical Arts and reported to the council a season in advance. Present at the summoning there MUST be two sorcerers with access to Adamant Circle Banishment.
* Thaumaturgical summoning of 1st Circle Demons must be reported in advance to the Ministry of Magical Arts and any demons summoned thus must be bound under enforced oath not to harm the city of Denandsor, its inhabitants and the security of Creation.
* Thaumaturgical beckoning of 2nd Circle Demons must be reported and approved in advance by the Ministry of Magical Arts. Present at the summoning there must be a person with capability of Sapphire Circle Banishment and someone to bind the demon by oath (see 1st Circle Demon summoning). Furthermore, any 2nd Circle Demon that have entered creation by any other mean and wishes to be in the city of Denandsor and its allotted land must obey to the same oath.
