: “Since the beginning of history, humanity has measured time in Ages. Ages of Glory, of dreams, and even of Great Sorrows mark the tally of years, giving a sense of order to the events of past centuries. But one age has yet to occur-an age of darkness, of decay, and of writhing doom...”

: A group of adventurers recently arrived at the small mining town of Diamond Lake, intent on raiding one of the nearby tombs. The same ones that great mounds of treasure helped birth the nearby wonderful Free City. The trio seems mighty indeed, enough so that others wouldn’t rival their attempt. But rumors have surfaced since their arrival; that another cairn, the one that howls in the wind has not yet bore the same fruit as the others, and in attempt to find some solace in coin and lore from the towns rough life, another group forms in the seedy tavern... the Feral Dog. Hunched over a worn map that marks the point, “The Whispering Cairn.” And so their adventure begins, and they know not what fortune has put in stock for them...

Character Creation:
Level: 1
Stat Generation: 32 Point Buy
Races: Players Handbook Races are the preferred; outside of this requires my consent. But no “Monstrous Races.”
Classes/Feats/Spells: Players Handbook, Players Handbook 2, Complete Series, Spell Compendium (for spells, you should use the most recent version available.)
Alignment: Players should be “good”
Setting: Generic
Starting Money: Take the average for your class from the "A La Carte" method at the beginning of the equipment section.
Background: Please explain why you are living in Diamond Lake, additional background info is a big plus.
You should also include what experience you have (if any) with the the adventure path.

Players should sign up only if there are prepared for a long-term campaign, and only players with reliable Internet access should apply. I would like at least one post a day from the players, in combat or not.

Rolling: I will roll for initiative, saving throws, spell penetration and other rolls players may or may not know. Players should include in combat posts what actions they take as attacks of opportunity as well. This is in an effort to not bog down the game completely once combat starts, and I will do my best to provide good quality maps as well to ensure things go smoothly.
