Growing up in a small branch of house Ragara, Othem's martial prowess and special kinship with the earth was noticed early. Through rigorous training this afinity has developed to staggering hights, leading to his enrollment at the prestigious Cloister of Wisdom where he began his journey into the Imaculate art of the Earth Dragon Style. <br>
While studying at the Cloister, Othem's family home was attacked by the Fair Folk. They demolished the estate and left alive only his younger sister. Devastated by this news, Othem ensured his sister was looked after and then redoubled his already amazing commitment to his training; vowing to do everything in his power to eliminate the vile Fair Folk menace. Seeing this amazing martial artist and his fanatical commitment, the Scarlet Empire decided to put him to good use in keeping the Fairfolk at bay.
