EXALT: A clandestine operation, very little is currently known about EXALT other than the name. It is believed that the organization is working in concert with the aliens, as some form of fifth column or undercover operatives on Earth. They operate with clandestine sleeper cells, who are activated to perform specficic tasks, and then vanish once done. The primary motivations and leadership are currently unknown. 

All operatives who have been identified in EXALT so far follow similar patterns. They appear out of nowhere, with good (but not perfect) fake IDs. They take jobs in either police forces or white collar business. They perform perfectly average work. Then, one day, they get a phone call from an unknown source. They get a mission, and then collect equipment from a storage unit; and perform whatever tasks are required. They're dangerous and fanatical; and all EXALT operatives encountered so far will commit suicide rather than be captured.

Ivan Vaslov: A former Russian intelligent agent turned international arms dealer after the dissolution of the Soviet Union, Ivan Vaslov is pushing seventy, but still active across the world. He's been tied to the weapons provided to at least two EXALT cells. INTERPOL has been notified and he's currently being tracked for interrogation.
