This repayment must come from the Keeper's personal wealth and not the taxes he collects. The withdrawal need not be in the form of cash, but may be any item of value so long as the Keeper can carry it in his hands.

If a Keeper possesses the Ambusher Feat he's trying to replicate, he can choose to give up Sneak Attack damage or gold, or a mixture of the two.
