*Lesser Minons/Followers: Make a Rank 1 Dark Heresy Character

*Normal Minions/Followers: Make a Rank 1 Rogue Trader Character

*Greater Minions/Followers: Make a 'Rank 1' Black Crusade Character

==Costs==

The costs of Minions also discourage collecting a menagerie so I will change the cost like so:

*All Minions/Followers are Tier 1 (250xp).
*If you only qualify for Lesser ones you get a single Lesser.
*If you qualify for Normal ones you can have two Lessers or a single Normal.
*Once you qualify for Greater Minions you may have 1 Greater, 2 Normal or 4 Lessers for each time you purchase the Minion Talent.

*You may only buy Minion a number of time equal to your Fel bonus.
