			Those who have achieved Rank 3 in their Go skill may begin to learn the true secrets of Go. Starting at Rank 3 and for every two ranks thereafter, those who wish to embark on the path of Go may begin purchasing the following techniques as if they were Emphases up to their Insight Rank (2xp for the first, 4xp for the second, etc).
