Here~~ he ~~would start anew he thought, only~~ to ~~find himself in much the same situation as before~~.		Things looked to be improving when he found a position teaching a moneylender's daughter. However, after an unfortunate misunderstanding involving a practical demonstration of some of the actions performed by the protagonist in the famous poem 'Oh Sweet Blossom*, he was encouraged to leave.

	The Great City offered the same opportunities as Tirion, only in greater and far more varied abundance. He found a position for a few weeks teaching a moneylender's daughter history, but after a misunderstanding he had to leave.		At the same time his girl Nisia, why may have heard a garbled account of the incident, decided she wanted a more steady man and promptly went off with a Captain of the Guard.

			The Great City, he hopes will offer the same opportunities as Tirion, only in greater and far more varied abundance.

			In his free time he intends to explore some of the fabled half-ruined sections of the Old City, looking for things to sell (or read).
