If there's one word to describe Dr. Ferrer, it's overachiever: top of her class at UW, former high school gymnastics finalist, Krav Maga enthusiast, yada yada yada. And through all this she maintained an upbeat, positive, can-do attitude. Some of her co-workers find it sickening how she manages to cheerfully persevere for an entire hospital shift on four hours of sleep, half a grapefruit, and an ipod full of Ke$ha.
