In close range, it basically acts like a grenade lobber, with effects similar to a close-range shotgun burst, except more explodey. Fallout Fans, you know what I'm talking about. She's afraid of failure, but she's really a good Anchor. In close-range, she mindlessly flails around, hurting everyone close to her. But with care and food, she's really an accurate and deadly weapon. Noah and Celine are perfect for each other. See, they're BOTH afraid of failure, but while as Celine is crushed under it's weight, Noah uses it to try even harder. Those two will either lift each other to glory, or go to hell together.
