Why not have Psi-Active cost 10 points (which essentially makes it &#039;&#039;Unusual Background&#039;&#039; renamed) and then use the Psionic &#039;&#039;Talents&#039;&#039; from both the basic book and Powers?<br /> <br /> Also your lists of Psionic skills and their ability differ widely from what&#039;s listed in the fourth edition basic books. For example in your system Telekinesis enables you to lift 5 lbs. per level, in the basic book Telekinesis is a power bought in levels and each level just acts as a point of Strength.<br /> <br /> Just wondering why you choose to veer so far away from the books.
