&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;Why do Psionic powers cost so much? Why not have Psi-Active cost 10 points (which essentially makes it &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Unusual Background&amp;#039;&amp;#039; renamed) and then use the Psionic &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Talents&amp;#039;&amp;#039; from both the basic book and Powers?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Also your lists of Psionic skills and their ability differ widely from what&amp;#039;s listed in the fourth edition basic books. For example in your system Telekinesis enables you to lift 5 lbs. per level, in the basic book Telekinesis is a power bought in levels and each level just acts as a point of Strength.&lt;br /&gt;
