Hiyo--Knockwood here. I put together the first draft of the psi 'rules' for TEARZ.<br />
<br />
The intended tone was basically Fan-Supplement-Made-(almost)-Good. The pseudo-history: started out as house rules put together by a metalhead GM, worked over a little by him & his friends, then appropriated by the Company.<br />
<br />
Needless to say, all the mysspel... I mean <em>mis</em>spellings are mainly there so they can copyright the resulting terms--assuming they get it into final form. Spot the missed words and goofy global-replaces! :)<br />

To be done:<br />

<li>Assign names & personalities to the quotes<br />
