He's learned a few tricks with the whole "chaotic effects" power, like how to fly, and how to conjure fire and control it, but he usually still has weird stuff happen when he really rocks out. Pan is exactly the kind of socially dangerous Changeling that politicians are talking about. Okay he isn't, but he creates his own kind of chaos. He was a rising musician when the Advent occurred, giving him horns, cloven feet, and a terribly dangerous power. He was an inheritor of the satyr strain of Changeling mutation, which gave him a sort of frightening power over music. When he played his axe, two things happened. One, the laws of probability start to hiccup. Random improbable things happen, strange things that cannot be explained. And two, when he plays, people listen. He can subconsciously manipulate the emotions of anyone listening to him. This caused an almost deadly riot when he transformed...on stage.

It should be noted that Pan is now signed with Pantheon Management, LLC, as they seem just as interested in his music aspirations as his superhero ones. He is trying to get Kadabra on board with them, saying it could benefit Changeling image worldwide. Kadabra is...skeptical.

Pan is know for crazy publicity stunts, and loves his image as a bad boy, but he really is a good guy under all that. With his tendency to bill himself as a demon, sometimes even painting himself red to play it up, he has single-handedly spearheaded a chain of what some people call "Feysploitation" trends.
