New page

Back to [[Supervillains]]

Of all active villain groups in New York City, the most infamous one is the New Predators. A diverse team of supervillains, they joined forces a few years ago in order to take control of the NY underworld. They often clash with the [[Liberty League]], and have on occasions worked with [[Doctor Knack]].

Leadership of the group is usually disputed between Tsunami and Graviton.

* [[Tsunami]]: A young woman from a Yakuza family, Tsunami escaped from Japan when her relatives and their associates got slaughtered by [[Doc Prometheus]]. She took with her a magical artifact that she has since bonded with, and which grants her high-level control over water.

* [[Stretch]]: The supervillain known as Stretch would be little more than a street thug were it not for his mutation. With some super-strength and a highly elastic body, he is both a dangerous combatant and a master of disguise, capable of taking anyone's shape.

* [[Graviton]]: The original Graviton was a tech-based villain from Venture City. Upon his death, he managed to transfer his gravity-controlling battlesuit to his cousin, who embraced the supervillainous legacy, and has been spending his loot on upgrades for the suit.

* [[Combustion Man]]: A mutant Brute, Combustion Man possesses both the power to surround himself with flames and superhuman strength.

* [[Ammunition]]: A deadly mercenary. It is unknown where Ammunition has obtained her high-tech arsenal, but it makes her a very real threat even to powerful metahumans.

* [[Drain]]: This mutant combines superhuman agility with the power to sap his foes' energy.

* [[Brick]]: An extremely strong mutant, Brick was an average member of the New Predators until recently. It is unknown how, but in a recent battle with the Liberty League, he has displayed flight, force-fields and energy blasts that easily made him the strongest member of the team. Whatever the source of his power-up is, it is believed that he is using his new clout to take over the New Predators and establish control over other criminal organizations in the area.
