Character Background[edit]

A Mexican pharmacist who has studied at the Toland Medical School and is now running his own business. He grew up nearby to a sheep rancher and his wife. His abuela knew herbal remedies that inspired him to study deeper into the field. As a devout Catholic, he wishes to serve the local populace in abeula’s honor.

However, it didn’t take long for it to become apparent that the wealthy and influential were hoarding valuable medicines, as well as using his skills to hide their misdeeds. Disgusted, he took up the mantle of el Mapache, the gentleman thief, who takes from the greedy and gives to the needy, leaving only the pawprints of his namesake behind. He prefers stealth and guile over physical confrontation, leaving the ill-gotten gains just inside the homes of those who need it more.

He has taken to keeping a hip flask on him at all times and develop a reputation as a lover of drink- hoping that this will make him seems less competent or a threat to the authorities.
