A pudgy middle-aged Vaskan, Balanne keeps his white hair slicked back in a perfect presentation against his blue-tinged skin and wears nothing but the most expensive of Haeyto Yinn fashions. His handshake leaves many uncomfortable and he eats entirely too much all the time. Other than his incredibly large eyes and overly large mouth, he could pass for a human in appearance as well as his personality. Balanne is a greasy, conniving, smarmy piece of corporate greed.
Those are his good qualities.
However, his shows always knock the ratings off the chart and The Network hopes to salvage the reputation of School of Hard Knocks from it moribund third season lows. Rumors abound that Balanne actually killed the previous rep to get this job...
