Big John

Unlike most mutants that get their powers around their teen years, he learned of his powers at the age of 5. His ability to grow to monstrous size was not something that his parents encouraged him to do around others. The sight of a 30 foot tall six year old was not a good one in the countryside village that was his home. He hid his powers from a very young age, only using them to help with barn and roof repairs late at night, under to cover of darkness.

He was a very good student in high school and got a scholarship to collage. He found that he had an affinity for mechanics, he was able to take things apart and put them back together so that they would function better then before. He became a very well paid mechanical engineer, his powers long in the past.

Unfortunately, he showed up on mutant detectors, and there where those out there that hated mutants, whether they used their powers of not. He was attacked by a group of mutant hunters, he was forced to use is powers to fight for the first time. Things were not going so well, until a man showed up and helped him out, the man was a master at combat, unlike himself. After the battle, the man introduced himself as Bullet, they had been friends sense that day. Big John was the perfect name.

Big John is a great modifier of equipment and as such, has modified all of Bullets equipment and his own. He has been training with Bullet and can, at least, hold his own in hand to hand combat. He likes to grapple, and pin, his opponent and allow Bullet to strike the immobile target.
